:-D
I have a roomate!
YEAH!
she wants to move in mid-december to somewhere. mmm...good.
I'm going to go look at apartments today, hopefully I won't go crazy within the first 3 choices.
In other news, Jeremy and I went to Dordt this weekend to see Arsenic and Old Lace and Justine and Amanda made killer old ladies (pun intended). It was loverly because other than the play, I got to hang out with fantabulous former roomates, see a ridiculous amounts of graduates who were also there for no apparent reason, see my cousin, and hear the Walhof song...and no ones life is truly complete until you hear it, of this I'm sure.
Pictures to come later!

it's been one of those days...wait has anyone else had a day like this??
Within the past 24 hours I have...
lost my voice and was only able to sound like a Canadian Goose who was a life long smoker
had my eyelids flipped inside out for me
passed out
received a goose egg to match my goose voice
received a purchased sandwich from someone who I did not know 24 hours ago
been informed that I can't use contacts for a month
driven with dilated pupils (this is a trick let me tell you)
attempted to place aforementioned sandwich in the refrigerator only to discover it later in the microwave
utilized baby carrots for medical purposes
got my voice back again
received a free nano ipod
purchased a large Candyland coloring book and 64 crayons WITH the sharpener on the back
seriously contemplated quitting my job and writing a book about my life

paper cuts as a job hazard
this Papyrus bit is getting real old. Now they're not going to let me off for my family's Christmas.....boo
blah.
....stupid retail.
I had a "tentative informational interview" tomorrow at St. Joe's...apparently it was extremely tentative and now it's not happening. Well, at least I have a rescheduled eye doctor appointment tomorrow..HOORAY FOR SEEING!

tri-state fun
even though I didn't actually have a tri-state break I got to benefit from others who did
HOORAY!!
I saw my fabulous cousin Claire for a smidgen there on Thursday night and I got to hang out with Kara ALL WEEKEND!!! Mmmm...good times including Batman sermons, disturbing piano players, cinnamon rolls in the capitol of consumerism, paint wars, bloody knuckles pool, and sleeping as long as we could just because we could. It was amazingly enjoyable.
Today I go back to work. *sigh* But because I go back to work I get to go to the eye doctor tomorrow (PRAISE THE LORD FOR BENEFITS THAT FINALLY KICKED IN!) This is a terribly good thing because everything is getting fuzzier recently and I'm hoping to correct that problem.
